Wednesday, June 10, 6:30 p.m. - Packing & Prep Night. This is our final meeting before the trip! We will pack and prepare our VBS supplies, laundry & cleaning supplies, etc. We'll also play a few fun games to teach our students the skills we need for the trip. Dinner is provided. Please be sure your student attends if possible!
Sunday, June 14, 10:00 a.m. - Departure Day! The big day is almost here! Please note that our departure schedule is earlier this year than in years past. We will be leaving by 11:30 a.m., which means we should get to Jackson around 8:00 p.m., an hour earlier than we have before. The morning schedule is as follows:
- 10:00 a.m. - Check in at the Student Center, turn in medications, take luggage to cargo van
- 10:15 a.m. - Load luggage and supplies in cargo van, put personal items in passenger vans
- 10:30 a.m. - Pack lunch in the Student Center
- 11:00 a.m. - Prayer & Send-off in front of the Prayer Garden
- 11:30 a.m. - Hit the road to Jackson!
