Bear Valley Students exists to be a safe and loving community where teenagers can become life-long students of Jesus.
It's our desire to be a place where teenagers can safely explore their faith questions, be loved through the learning and growing experiences of adolescence, and choose to make their faith their own. We want to help teenagers learn to have a strong friendship with God through Jesus Christ and learn to live the Jesus way of life for a lifetime.
We meet weekly on Sundays at 11:15 a.m. (concurrent with our worship service) and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. We also have monthly fun events where teens can bring their friends, build relationships, and hang out in a safe, loving environment. Finally, we have many opportunities for students to get involved in serving through our church, and every summer we go to Jackson, Mississippi for a weeklong mission trip. Mother’s Day Family Services
Sunday, May 11 at 10:00 and 11:15 a.m.
Make plans now to join us on Sunday, May 1 for a special Mother’s Day family worship service! Elementary and Student Ministries will join us in the main auditorium for a fun, meaningful service for the whole family featuring a message from Pastor Julia. We will also have a Parent-Child Dedication in each worship service and a special gift for all women in attendance.
Note: We will not have a Student Service at 11:15 on this Sunday. Students will stay with their families in the main worship service.
Celebrate Your Graduate on Sunday, May 18
We will be honoring our high school and college graduates in both services on May 18. Graduates will be recognized on stage, and a reception will be held after both services. If you have a graduate you would like to honor, email Kyle Bauman with a photo, school, honors, and degree information by Tuesday, May 13.
