Bear Valley Church

Roger and Michelle have been married 14 years. They have three girls, Abby (19), Averi (12) and Rylee (10). They met on a Salvation Army outreach where they led worship together. They have been involved in worship ministry for over 15 years.

Roger first picked up a guitar at age 18, and began leading worship in his 20s in youth, college, and career ministries.  In addition to leading worship, Roger also plays guitar in the Robert Gotcher Band (www.robertgotcher.com). He is currently serving as the Interim Worship Pastor at Bear Valley.

Michelle attended ministry school and received a degree in Worship and the Arts. Her passion is seeing people released in their giftings and helping those in need. She has worked on CD projects, directed and acted in church dramas and skits. In addition to working in the church, she has been an outreach coordinator in homeless ministry and has been involved in prison ministry.
